This Privacy Policy explains how SimplePaste MenuBar (the “App”) handles user information.

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed with the following policy:

The App does not collect any personal information.
This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, location data, contact information, and device identifiers.

2. Clipboard Data Handling

The App accesses clipboard text solely for the following purposes:

• Temporarily displaying clipboard history
• Allowing users to re-copy items from the history

Clipboard data is held only temporarily while the App is running and is not saved to files or databases.

All clipboard history is discarded immediately when the App is closed.

Clipboard data is never transmitted to external servers.

3. Data Storage

The App does not permanently store clipboard contents.

Any data held by the App is limited to the minimum temporary data required during execution and is automatically deleted when the App is terminated.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases using the App Store system.

• All payment processing is handled by Apple
• The App does not access or store credit card or payment information

5. Advertising

The App does not display advertisements.
No data is collected or shared for advertising purposes.

6. Data Transmission

The App does not perform the following actions:

• Transmit clipboard data externally
• Share personal information with third parties
• Track user behavior

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to changes in laws or App functionality.

Any updates will be announced within the App or on its distribution page.
